Information for Out-of-court disputes
The Out-of-court disputes platform (short „OS-Platform“) offers a possible solution for Out-of-court dispute for online orders places by private customers. You can find the platforom under this link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered items or the delivery time just send us an email to
support@csd-electronics.de and we will solve the dispute directly with our customer and as fast as we can. We therefore do not participate in the online dispute arbitration of the EU.
